개인정보 처리방침

1. 처리하는 정보

• 아이디어 요청: 사용자가 직접 입력한 아이디어, 임의로 생성된 설치 식별자, 앱 버전, 플랫폼, 언어, 선택한 왁뿌 모양과 외형
• 푸시 알림: 사용자가 알림을 켠 경우 Expo 푸시 토큰, 임의 설치 식별자, 플랫폼, 앱 버전, 언어와 알림 활성 상태
• 광고 및 진단: Google Mobile Ads SDK가 광고 제공, 측정, 부정 사용 방지 및 안정성 개선을 위해 IP 주소로 추정한 대략적 위치, 기기 식별자, 광고 데이터, 광고 상호작용, 성능 정보와 충돌 기록 등을 처리할 수 있습니다.

왁뿌는 이름, 전화번호, 주소, 계정 비밀번호를 직접 요구하거나 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 이용 목적

• 사용자가 요청한 새로운 왁뿌 아이디어 검토 및 서비스 개선
• 사용자가 선택한 경우 새로운 콘텐츠 알림 전송
• 보상형 광고 제공, 광고 성과 측정 및 부정 사용 방지
• 오류 분석, 보안 유지 및 서비스 운영

3. 보관 및 삭제

정보는 위 목적을 달성하는 데 필요한 기간 동안만 보관하며, 관련 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 경우에는 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다. 아이디어 요청 정보는 검토 및 서비스 개선 목적이 끝난 후 삭제하며, 푸시 알림 정보는 알림 서비스 운영에 필요한 기간 동안 보관합니다. 삭제 요청은 아래 이메일로 접수할 수 있습니다.

앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 설정과 임의 설치 식별자는 삭제됩니다. 서버에 저장된 정보의 삭제를 원할 경우 문의해 주세요.

4. 제3자 서비스 및 국외 처리

서비스 제공을 위해 아래 사업자의 시스템을 사용합니다. 이 과정에서 정보가 대한민국 외 지역의 서버에서 처리될 수 있으며, 각 사업자의 정책에 따라 보호됩니다.

• Google Firebase: 아이디어 요청과 푸시 구독 정보의 저장 및 서비스 운영
• Expo Push Service, Apple APNs, Google FCM: 사용자가 신청한 푸시 알림 전달
• Google Mobile Ads: 광고 제공, 측정, 보안 및 진단

각 서비스의 구체적인 처리 방식은 Google, Expo 및 Apple의 개인정보 보호정책에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

5. 선택권과 권리

• 기기 설정 또는 앱 설정에서 푸시 알림을 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
• 아이디어 입력은 선택 사항이며, 입력하지 않아도 앱을 이용할 수 있습니다.
• 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제 또는 처리 중지를 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

왁뿌는 아동의 이름이나 연락처를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 법정대리인이 아동의 정보가 처리되었다고 판단하는 경우 아래 연락처로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

7. 방침 변경

서비스 또는 관련 법령이 변경되면 이 방침을 수정할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 안내합니다.

WAKPPU Privacy Policy

WAKPPU processes only the information needed to operate and improve the service. This policy explains what the app and website process and why.

Information we process

• Idea requests: the idea you submit, a random installation identifier, app version, platform, language, and selected WAKPPU appearance and shape.
• Push notifications: if you opt in, an Expo push token, random installation identifier, platform, app version, language, and notification status.
• Advertising and diagnostics: Google Mobile Ads may process approximate location inferred from an IP address, device identifiers, advertising data, ad interactions, performance information, and crash logs for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and reliability.

WAKPPU does not directly ask for or collect your name, phone number, postal address, or account password.

How we use information

• Review requested ideas and improve the service.
• Send new-content notifications when you opt in.
• Provide rewarded ads, measure ad performance, and prevent abuse.
• Diagnose errors, maintain security, and operate the service.

Retention, providers, and your choices

We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. We use Google Firebase, Expo Push Service, Apple APNs, Google FCM, and Google Mobile Ads. Information may therefore be processed on servers outside South Korea under each provider's privacy safeguards.

You can disable notifications in the app or device settings. Idea submission is optional. To request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your information, contact us at hein4330@gmail.com.

Children and policy updates

We do not knowingly collect children's names or contact details. A parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion. We may update this policy as the service or applicable law changes, and will post the new effective date on this page.
